I'd change the conditions to
WSTUtils.LIVERELOAD_SERVER_TYPE.equals(server.getServerType().getId()) but other than
that, it looks good. Please also apply to maintenance branch.

My workspace contains OpenShift servers I created a while ago, but when I ran the runtime
workspace without the OpenShift tooling, the type of those OpenShift servers was unknown,
