Looked at this again and figured out how I should have been using the API to get it to
load the <import> and <include> XSDs. Was able to remove the hack I added to
do this.
XSDModelBuilder not handling <import> and <include>
definitions properly.

Actually, it's handling one of them properly and not handling the other one
properly... not sure which is which yet.... need to dig into the specs :)
At the moment we're handling them manually, but there should be a way of getting the
Eclipse XSD Infoset API to handle it for us.
