This issue isn't related to the Portlet facet.
You can also reproduce it using some Seam preset (Dynamic Web Project with Seam 2.0, for
instance) that doesn't include the Portlet facet.

EXECUTE: New > Project > Web > Dynamic Web project.
EXECUTE: Input name, select portal runtime, select "JBoss Seam portlet project
v2.0".
EXECUTE: Select implementation, Seam FP runtime, war(or ear) project, Portlet bridge
location.
EXECUTE: Press Finish.
FAILURE: Projects created w/o -test part for war), and w/o -ear, -ejb, -test parts for
Ear. So they cannot be runned on server.
If you use New > Project > Seam Project, and make same steps - all works fine.
