I agree with your statement. But what surprised me was that after applying w/o restart
Eclipse changed into "zombie" process which was almost impossible to kill.

Ater full installation of JBT there is possibility to apply changes without eclipse
restart.
This lead to many Dispatch errors and ends with StackOverflow Exception.
It freezes all Eclipse and it's even unable exit it correctly.
Is it possible to disable this possibility or to make update without restart more stable?
