jbide-12755 needs to be fixed and I assume this will be fixed automatically then ? thus
putting this on cr1 for now.

Usage is checking for JBoss tools components in an Eclipse instance. It'll then
report to Google Analytics that the component is installed.
Usage is currently not reporting forge. We should add it to the components that are
searched and reported.
