Empty Artifact Id when Maven Integration is added before project name --------------------------------------------------------------------- Key: JBIDE-5656 URL: https://jira.jboss.org/jira/browse/JBIDE-5656 Project: Tools (JBoss Tools) Issue Type: Bug Components: maven Affects Versions: 3.1.0.CR1 Reporter: Fabricio Lemos Assignee: Snjezana Peco Priority: Critical Fix For: 3.1.0.CR2 Steps to reproduce the bug: 1.Go to the New Seam Web Project Wizard 2.Before entering the project name, add the Jboss Maven Integration configuration 3.Click Next until reach M2 capabilities screen 4.Realize that Artifact Id is not filled 5.Click Finish without entering the Artifact Id 6.The artifactId element in the pom.xml is empty: <artifactId/> I think two things should be done to correct this bug: 1.Fill the Artifact Id at M2 capabilities screen even when the project name is typed after the addition of Maven Integration configuration 2.Disable the Finish and Next button of step 5 when no Artifact Id is empty
