ah I see @nick's comment now. I'm good with that change for the nightly site
build.
(now i really wish p2 supported relative urls for these references so we could move the TP
and release site together)

Today I tried installing JBT nightly into Eclipse Luna M6 and got this error:

I think was supposed to be handled in JBIDE-17160 where the tern plugins were added to
Beta2-SNAPSHOT TP.
