I think it works as expected.
A user selects/checks profiles he wants to add. He can't select already present
profiles.
Sorry, I am not sure what you mean by "disabled". Present profiles are already
disabled, i.e., can't be checked.

Removing profiles can be easily performed using the Maven POM editor.

Checkbox in AddArquillianProfilesDialog seems like enabled for already present profiles
and clicking it does nothing.
I suggest that the checkbox could be checked and disabled for already present profiles.
Also unchecking/removing profiles could be nice to have ;-)
