No Len. Server is always started. In MBean Explorer only server JMX connection is managed.
So issue here is that when user repeats connecting to server's JMX interface, it
isn't always successful. Sometimes MBean explorer is not focused (as it should be) and
sometimes Show In -> MBean Explorer menu item is not enable but JMX connection is not
opened at the same time.

STEP: start a server
STEP: open it in MBean Explorer (Show In -> MBean Explorer)
STEP: disconnect EAP 6.0.1 GA connection in MBean Explorer, open servers view
STEP: try to open MBean Explorer again
ASSERT: Show In -> MBean Explorer is enabled and can be selected
FAIL: MBean Explorer is not opened after selecting Show In -> MBean Explorer
STEP: try to open MBean Explorer again
FAIL: Show In -> MBean Explorer is disabled
