I installed nothing from jbds-core, I just added it with the hope of resolving the
dependencies.
Note that, if I'm online then I'm able to install SY from the zip file. To see the
problem you must be offline, please ensure that your internet connection is off.

Cannot install JBDS-IS 8.0.0.GA early access in offline mode. Note that DV tooling (Teiid
Designer and ModeShape) can be installed without any problem.
