I can reproduce this 1 out of 3 times.
When it works:

This imho is a problem in the url shortener, nothing we can do about this (jboss-fuse is
providing a url via bit.ly url-shortener and for some obscure reason it fails at times).

It's failed to create Jboss Fuse 6.1 qiuckstart, will meet below errors:
" Could not create application ccytestfuse
Could not request

301). "
1. the 'https://bit.ly/1fYSzhk' is redirected to
'https://raw.githubusercontent.com/jboss-fuse/fuse-openshift-cartridge/jboss-fuse-6.1.x-355/metadata/manifest.yml'
when accessing via browser
2. can work well for this manifest url:
