The reason is that Central and Early-Access target platforms weren't correctly updated
to contain the newer CR2b content. I'm respinning discoveyr TP.
For JBT, the effect would be immediate after TP respin. For JBDS, I'll need to
repopulate the site correctly with latest content.
The step was already documented, but I didn't perform it correctly:
