Note, from Rob's usecase (as a consumer of JBT) the Target platform you want is more
an target platform that includes JBoss Tools, not the one JBoss Tools uses for building.
That platform would make sense to name after JBT since it would be the "main
component", just like we are naming/versioning our target platform after the
"main" component of Eclipse.

.target files are all called "e42-wtp34-jbds6" even though they are for
jbosstools and not specific to jbds6 either.
Makes it hard to actually see which target platform to choose
