It seems like all the wizards still thinks it must generate tests even though we do not
have to specify a test folder.
And putting "" in when the value is actually null results in the code finding
WorkspaceRoot instead of returning null from getTestsFolder()

Currently the Seam wizards only support WTP style projects. seam-gen style projects are
only supported by the this seam-gen wrapper. Although the seam-gen wrapper works for
existing applications, it would be nice to use the wizards. Please see the forum
