We do not expose remote management ports. We instead launch a local jboss-admin.sh command
after ssh-ing into the remote machine.

AS7 launch over RSE now automatically exposes the remote management ports. Some users
may not want this, and may want to toggle this functionality, or at least have a UI
element alerting them this is the behaviour.
