Also see no need to increment from 0.0.1-SNAPSHOT to 0.0.1 in order to "release"
a final version of the parent pom for JBT 3.2.0.GA (esp. since we'll guaranteed be
doing a 3.2.1 release).

devstudio, teiid, pi4soa, savara, scribble)
