Resolution: Rejected
Marking that the server is externally managed means we will do no polling or verification
of the server's state. If the server is started outside of eclipse, simply right-click
your server and select 'start'.

Create a EAP 6.1 server connection (see attached, wizard-page1.png), checking off the
option that the server is externally managed (assumed it is running; see attached
wizard-page2.png). Although the server is running, the server definition in the server
view does not recognize the server status (see attached server-view.png) .
