Finally ended up adding a bit that converts the legacy aerogear Hybrid nature id to
Eclipse Thym id..
To test this start with a project that was created using JBT 4.2 Beta3 and just open the
same workspace/project with JBT 4.2 CR1 (or a snapshot build that includes this fix)...
You should just observe that the project is still recognized as Hybrid mobile, (with the
little cordova icon).

as noticed in JBIDE-17994 old cordova projects will have a different nature than thym
supports.
Is it sufficient that users can simply import the project again as a cordova project and
thym will handle it ?
