Resolution: Partially Completed
Most issues have been fixed for CR2 since we switched to Tern.java 0.6.0 (09/25) and
AngularJS IDE (09/23).
We should create separate issues if we have any remaining issues.

build.
need to test since if not that seems like a blocker.
