Visual and Preview tabs do not work for .xhtml pages from default seam project. For
Faceletcommon.xhtml works right. Maxim said this issue is the reason of unworking VPE. Is
it right or I need to create one more issue?

currently we just have hardcoded resolvement of requestContextPath in el's.
What we really want is to resolve this *generically* for all tags and for users to be
specify what value they want specific el variables to resolve to.
