Why not just set
`-Djbosstools-target-site=http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/targetplatforms/jbosstoolstarget/\$\{TARGET_PLATFORM_VERSION_MAXIMUM}`
for master branch jobs in Jenkins? No pull request required, no need to define something
in master that we'd have to then change in the stable branch after branching. -1 for
this.

Today I tried installing JBT nightly into Eclipse Luna M6 and got this error:

I think was supposed to be handled in JBIDE-17160 where the tern plugins were added to
Beta2-SNAPSHOT TP.
