During JBT installation from JBT 3.1 update site doesn't work. See attached screenshot
for more detail.
Steps:
1. Install Eclipse 3.5 JEE
2. Add BIRT, m2 and JBT NU sites
3. Select ALL JBT components to install
4. Install
