BIRT, m2eclipse and TPTP need to be added to the Eclipse runtime when executing tests.
A portletbridge distribution (http://jboss.org/portletbridge/download/) needs to be
somewhere in the workspace.
Make m2eclipse and other runtime/plugins available at test time
