Remote EAP 5.2 does not recognize server is started --------------------------------------------------- Key: JBIDE-16590 URL: https://issues.jboss.org/browse/JBIDE-16590 Project: Tools (JBoss Tools) Issue Type: Bug Components: server Affects Versions: 4.2.0.Alpha2 Environment: JBDS 8.0.0.Alpha2a B70 EAP 5.2.0.GA noauth Reporter: Martin Malina Assignee: Rob Stryker Fix For: 4.2.0.Beta2 Attachments: remote-eap-5.2-start-error.png When I try to start a remote EAP 5.2 server (ssh connection), the process on the remote host starts up successfully, but the Eclipse shows "Starting" until time out is reached at which point I get an error saying that the time out was reached and the java process on the remote machine is killed - so that makes it pretty unusable. !remote-eap-5.2-start-error.png! Note that the remote server had all security turned off, so everything should work out of the box.
