And yes, for this p2diff without version check is suffice since we know it should just
be empty. Since just version updates.

Luna RC4 has been built. Except if something very bad is noticed, it will become the
official Luna R/SR0 release.
We should update our target platform to use it, or at least start mirroring some sites.
