Also when remake dialogs we should take into account JBIDE-3081 and make refactoring of
registration actions in jsp and html editor (org.jboss.tool.jst.jsp plugin.xml) to make
it's more like to registration events for wtp editors(HTML wtp editor and others).

If I create a project with settings using Page Design Options in one WorkSpace and when
import it to another WorkSpace I lose all data from options. It's not comfortable to
print all settings again manually.
