I'm a bit confused by all these comments. The issue is about inclusion of some Extras
in installer. I have a PR for this issue, and it seems like merging it will be delayed to
devstudio 8.0.0. Is this what decided?
As of shipping pack200 or not shipping pack200 in archived site, I'm in favour of
keeping pack200 because if we don't keep it, it means some people consuming the zipped
site to share across their infrastructure may be tempted to re-package stuff which might
generate problems.
