BEFORE we push the PR to 4.2.x branch.
[~akazakov], agree ^. So, is it sounds like a plan:
- push it to master
- verify everything on nightly
- if everything is fine provide PR and apply it for 4.2.x
- doublecheck everything on 4.2.x
CordovaSim must save preferences (tabs / settings / etc.)

For now all CordovaSim's preferences are hardcoded -

CordovaSim must save all user's preferences: tab order, setting, etc.
NOTE: Preferences will *not* be saved for *javaFX* web engine oracle *JDK 7*, due to
localstorage absence.
