In JBT 4.1.1. this works at least for values of path params. However, it seems that this
behaviour was changed in JBT 4.1.2.CR1 because the button is always enabled.

It would be useful, if OK button in "WS Tester: URL Parameters" dialog was
disabled if there is at least one parameters without value set (by default/user defined
value). I assume there is always need to set all parameters.
