In Wizard and Central the wizard should be listed as "OpenShift Application" it
is currently listed as "OpenShift Express Application" (wish for smaller title
for main ui)
In the actual wizard it should say "OpenShift Express Application" but it says
"OpenShift Application" - here it should be clear/precise its Express we are
working on as opposed to Flex.
