Updated title to reflect what we want, i.e. support Seam 2.1.
If that requires a seperate facet then that should be done, but we should at least verify
that xml is verified against the actual declared header of the xml files and that the
project generation works.

I 've been testing Seam 2.1.0.CR1 recently and I run into problems when creating new
Seam web project using wizard. It would be nice to have 2.1 facet there since using 2.0
facet with 2.1 runtime causes at least problem with configuration xml files which are
being validated against 2.0 schemas which leeds to errors in newly generated project.
