As you can see, every time there was a job Refreshing JBoss tutorials with state Parsing project description file... and job Update project wizard list which was retrieving list by fetching devstudio-directory.xml. After more detailed observation I think, that it was cause only in cases when second job (Updating project wizard) has been in early state - till 20 (?) %. If job has passed some state, it seems, that it was not happening. I attached screencast for more observations.
