Library provided by JBoss Tools....as long as the library is not pointing *inside* jboss
tools plugins...in this case the jar should be copied imo - otherwise the user cannot
control well/easily which .jar's are actually used...

Now, the portlet plugin uses libraries from the portletbridge distribution.
Dependent libraries are copied from the RichFacesPortlet.war example.
The portlet-api.jar library is still in the portlet.core plugin.
