Removing
workspace\.metadata\.plugins\org.jboss.tools.seam.core\projects\<project_name> helps
to solve this NPE.
So maybe I had an old serialized model file and full-build (for the new project with the
same name) did not change that old file.
There is NullPointerException in eclipse log when user creates seam
