Removal can happen in 2 cases:
1) Removal of several cartridges at the same time (ex. you have mysql + phpmyadmin
embedded, you remove mysql -> phpmyadmin gets removed, too):

2) Removal of a single cartridge:

we should have a confirmation dialog when the user removes a cartridge, especially a
database cartridge. The action is not undoable and thus can be dangerous (causing data
loss for example).
