Browsersim and cordovasim are not vpe plugins. The only thing they have from vpe is
package naming(only because it was a part of vpe repo). BrowserSim version was raised
because of adding some features in Alpha1-Alpha2 that requires version bump. But
Cordavasim doesn't have big cool features like this. That's why I decide not to
bump Cordovasim version.
vpe version should be 3.6, not 3.5.100

As VPE for Luna includes new features/plugins [1] it should be upversioned to 3.6, not
left as a maintenance version 3.5.100.
