User can't choose default Font Name and Font Size in Toolbar in VPE.
Steps.
1. EXECUTE: Choose in VPE some element with available textFormatting
(<h:outputText> e.g.)
2. ASSERT: User is able to change tag's style with help of Toolbar
3. EXECUTE: Change Font Name and Font Size in Toolbar
4. ASSERT: Style changed successfully
5. EXECUTE: Restore default values with help of Toolbar
6. FAILURE: User can't choose default Font Name and Font Size
