At least it's opinion of 3 users I have asked. It's not possible to delete skin without selecting it in Device list which causes change of skin of running BrowserSim. Deleting unused skin is not reason for changing of skin on running BrowserSim. As i wrote before problem is that once changed selection in Device List it's changing used skin what is not obvious for user. Also if user want just edit device definition for not used skin he has to remember that once he finish editing he has to select previously selected skin in Device list before he close Preferences dialog otherwise BrowserSim skin will be changed to last edited skin.
