Max Rydahl Andersen commented on JBIDE-2064:
--------------------------------------------
1) I assume step one is to do this for the jboss-esb.xml file or is it multiple esb.xml
files ?
2) If it is not a file it is editing what is it then ? Which way does one communicate with
the repository ? Which version of ESB has this information ?
If not a file, how is versioning and temporary edits going to be managed ?
3) Having only respository edits makes things waay more fragile so not sure how that is
better than a good editor for files?

Components: esb

Currently the ESB deployment descriptor is XML based but we need it to be graphically
oriented. Each ESB service is a collection of actions that are re-usable components. The
graphical tool would allow for the construction (within Eclipse) of a service from action
chaining. The action descriptions would be storable in a repository (though that is a
second level addition). We want to isolate the user from the XML as much as possible
because it is prone to errors. Plus, it makes service re-usability more problematical.
