Save it. If you repeat it many times then you can see that CDI problem markers sometimes disappear. The problem is in org.jboss.tools.common.model.markers.ResourceMarkers.isOwnedMarker(IMarker m) It clears almost all the markers even if they were added by other validators. If a validator added markers before XModel validation then the markers will be removed.
