hudson-settings.xml was updated.
Suggested simplification for parent pom:

Once this is merged and validated as working well, we'll need to think again on which
target platforms are still necessary (only mutliple and unified should survive, but
validation and other publishing steps might require a -not published- intermediary one).

Starting from 0.16, Tycho will support mirrors for repositories in .target files.
We should use them for our performance optimization, and replace profiles and so on by
configuration of settings.xml.
