Steps to Reproduce:
# EXEC: create a new connectin where you DONT save the password to the secure
storagestorage
# EXEC: Restart Eclipse
# EXEC: in OpenShift Explorer unfold the connection
# ASSERT: connection dialog shows up
# EXEC: provide it with your password
# ASSERT: the applications of your connection are listed
# EXEC: hit *Connect to OpenShift*
# ASSERT: connection dialog shows up with your connection preselected and password filled
in
# EXEC: hit *Finish*
Result:
In OpenShift Explorer your connection turns to *<User is not connected>*

No change to your connection, it still shows the applications
