I checked the account and [~mmurray] was not in Jive Zero Dollar Subscription security
group but she had record of being there. I do not know how it was possible, but I erased
the partial status and now she can try to sign in again. If she manages to subscribe, I
will ask [~lkrzyzanek] to check the integrity of the group.

1. In Download Runtimes wizard, on JBoss.org Terms and Conditions page.
2. Select 'Australia'.
3. Click 'Accept Now'.

response code: 400 for URL: https://www.jboss.org/download-manager/rest/tc-accept

Unable to proceed any further with download wizard.
