I tried 'kill -9' and shutdown via jboss-cli with a remote EAP 6.2. Both File
operations and Management operations. All works. Awesome!
Verified in JBDS 8.0.0.Beta2d B166

If a remote server terminates unexpectedly, either from the admin console / web console /
kill -9 / management cli / anything, it is not properly marked as stopped inside eclipse.
