Len, everything works as it must be. Error message asks you to install webkitgtk
package(for GTK2, webkitgtk3 which you have is for GTK3) which does not exists for RHEL7.
This info is described in FAQ. Thus we make GTK3 default option for RHEL7.

Steps to reproduce:
* Configure Browsersim to use either Oracle 1.7 or 1.8 JDK on RHEL7
* Open Browsersim
* Right-click to open the Browsersim context menu
* Observe the "please install webkitgtk to to use SWT.WebKit.engine" error

The webkitgtk package does not exist for RHEL7 - webkitgtk3 is installed in RHEL7 OOTB.
