I now implemented alias support in the tools. The name you choose in the NewInstanceWizard
is now used as alias since deltacloud does not honor the name you choose. The alias is
persisted locally and restored when instances are listed from the server.

Currently the name is something like <image name> [<instance id>] which is
somewhat confusing, as the it makes it look like the it's the image you are starting,
not something on the instance.
