Alexey Kazakov commented on JBDS-3284:
--------------------------------------
For example, right now we support jQueryMobile 1.3 and 1.4. What this support includes:
1. A switch in JQM Palette with different sets of JQM items for each version.
2. Our Palette detects what version is used on the page and shows the corresponding
version group by default. For example, if you open a JQM 1.3 page then you will see JQM
1.3 items in the palette (you can switch to 1.4 group if you want).
We already have this mechanism and we can use it for Ionic as soon as we have a new
incompatible version.
Is it enough or we need something else?
Ionic Palette - version selection, detection
--------------------------------------------
Key: JBDS-3284
URL:
https://issues.jboss.org/browse/JBDS-3284
Project: Developer Studio (JBoss Developer Studio)
Issue Type: Feature Request
Components: jsp/jsf/xml/html source editing
Reporter: Burr Sutter
Assignee: Alexey Kazakov
As a Cordova-focused hybrid mobile app developer, I need to be able to import existing
Ionic projects and modify the version of the Ionic framework, where the Palette is
flexible enough to handle version changes, including addition/subtraction of specific
widgets only available in particular versions.
