My fix for EGit was merged into master:
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=387617#c13 . I expect it to make it into
EGit 2.1 which is due for Juno SR1 (http://wiki.eclipse.org/EGit/New_and_Noteworthy). It
should also be available from the EGit nightly update site (according to the wiki).
