select a project and have it deployed? do you mean run it on server: Right click on the
project and select * Run As > Run on Server* and deploy it using the popped up wizard?

For War, Ear etc. projects it is possible to select a project (or even a resource, i.e. a
servlet or (x)html file) and have the project deployed (if it is not already) and then
(optionally) shown a relevant web page or ui.
Not sure if we can show something relevant for an ESB project but at least it should be
deployed.
