No, the workaround is to use PLUGINS instead of FEATURES.

But I just realized this also impacts JBT on Marketplace. For Beta2, we included the
docker feature as part of the JBoss Tools Marketplace connector. Now, we can't (since
I removed it and replaced it with the plugins). See JBIDE-20760 for further discussion on
that.
